Yale Online Alumni Community (Online Services)

The Yale Alumni Association encourages you as alumni and members of the Yale community to take advantage of our online services. Please see below for more information, and if you have specific questions, get in touch via this form.

Online Alumni Directory  

•  Search for Yale friends, classmates, or colleagues.
•  Expand your profile to include your personal and professional affiliations.
•  Add feeds from your LinkedIn and Facebook profiles.

The entire online community, which includes alumni and other Yale affiliates, is password-restricted to registered users only. You can determine precisely what, if any, of your personal and professional contact information will be available for other alumni to see. As a registered member, the directory is a great resource for personal and professional networking and an easy way to keep up-to-date with fellow alumni.  

JSTOR and HeinOnline Users

Online library resources available to Yale online alumni community members. To access, you will need to log into your profile. Once logged in please select "online library resources."  If you are not able to get to JSTOR or HeinOnline please try clearing your browser cache.  

YaleMail -  @aya.yale.edu email

YAA partners with Google to offer a free, Yale-branded email service - YaleMail - through Google Apps for Education.

As a result of recent changes to Google's storage policy for higher education domains, YaleMail (@aya.yale.edu) accounts will be subject to a storage limit starting in 2024. Your current YaleMail account will be capped at 5GB by March 1, 2024. There are steps you can take now to ensure you do not lose any important data you may have stored in your account. Learn more in our FAQs.  If you have additional questions, please complete this form.

Don't have an @aya email account and would like to request one? Log into your directory profile, click the YaleMail tab, select edit, and follow the instructions. Your Google activation code will be sent to the email address you have provided.

Cross Campus

Cross Campus is Yale’s online networking, community-building, and mentoring program. Cross Campus facilitates relationships between Yalies - both current students and alumni. Cross Campus features ways to engage with Yale: through mentorship, either as a mentor or a mentee; with one-time advice; via an online discussion board to ask questions of fellow Cross Campus users; and by joining groups of interest.
